Guarantee and Indemnity - Where the applicant is a company or a trust, the individual Directors or Trustees (jointly and severally with each other and with the company or trust) personally guarantee to HD Tronica the prompt performance of all of the obligations of the company or trust to pay all monies owing to HD Tronica and to comply with the HD Tronica Terms and Conditions of Trade. Those individuals also agree (jointly and severally with each other and with the company or trust) to indemnify and continue to indemnify HD Tronica against all loss damage costs and expenses suffered or incurred by HD Tronica as a result of any failure by any of them to pay any monies owing to HD Tronica or to comply with the HD Tronica Terms and Conditions of Trade. Each of those individuals agrees that this guarantee and indemnity is a continuing guarantee and indemnity and shall be unconditional and irrevocable, and shall remain in full force and effect until the obligations of the company or trust have been fully satisfied. I certify that the above is true and correct and that I am authorised to make this application for credit. I have read and understand the HD Tronica Terms & Conditions of Trade which form part of and are intended to be read in conjuction with this Credit Account Application and agree to be bound by these conditions. I authorise the use of my personal information as detailed in the Privacy Act clause therein.
